Welcome to Hyde Park, Vermont
Incorporated in 1895, the Village of Hyde Park is a historic New England Chartered Village providing local governance and municipal utilities. We're strategically located within the Green Mountains, along the shores of the Lamoille River, adjacent the Rail Trail, near the pristine Green Mountain Reservoir, in the shadow of majestic Mount Mansfield, midway between Stowe and Smugglers’ Notch and about an hour from the Burlington Airport.

Hyde Park hospitality encompasses great food, craft beer, year-round recreation, as well as historic B&Bs, scenic country cabins and home rentals. The Village Opera House is home to a vibrant performing arts center, the Lamoille County Players. Stroll down Main Street, imagine the 18th and 19th century, from the Opera House, to the Governor's House, Lamoille County Courthouse, Lanpher Memorial Library, the massive 1891 Hyde Park Inn under development, Elsa French Park, Fork & Gavel Restaurant and Hyde Park Elementary School. A short walk down Depot Street sidewalk leads to the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail.
Hyde Park is a great place to live, work and visit. Come see us soon!
