The Village of Hyde Park has filed a new Net Meter tariff following the PUC direction in Case 19-0855-Rule requiring utilities to make a compliance filing consistent with the Commission's final Rule 5.125(A).

Reminder to our Village water & wastewater customers that the annual 3% rate increase will be effective with December 2023 use, billed January 1, 2024. Please see charts below for the updated rate structure.
