New Village of Hyde Park Net-Metering Program Tariff Filed with PUC

The Village of Hyde Park has filed a new Net Meter tariff following the PUC direction in Case 19-0855-Rule requiring utilities to make a compliance filing consistent with the Commission's final Rule 5.125(A). The new Tariff is expected to be effective March 1, 2024. You may view the existing and proposed tariff draft to the right. Please note that the draft is subject to change per Public Utility Commission direction.
